Beltane Weekend Music Workshops

A magical weekend from Friday 28th April - Monday 1st May with the wonderful Jane Harwood and Russ Stanley for Budding & Blossoming: music for Beltane, with an amazing array of tuned & percussive instruments, suitable for new and experienced sound and music-lovers.

Sessions include music-making foundations to create your own unique tune, elements of music and elements of life: air, earth, fire, water,wood, improvisation exploring the many beautiful things to play, gentle Shintaido movement sessions to get your creative energies flowing, fun with voice-discovery, a gong bath sound journey,

and an afternoon gig at Potager greenhouse cafe by Jane and Russ as

acoustic duo Facing the Ocean - music of landscape and memory.

Plus.... good food, wonderful people and beautiful nature!

We had an amazing and magical experience getting back to nature, disconnecting from the muchness and busyness of life. Recommend staying in the Yurt. The area feels remote, but nature and facilities are easily accessible. The beaches, the hidden coves and the woods nearby are breathtaking. Gweek Boatyard breakfast was a delicious must for us.
